PE Lease definition

PE Lease shall have the meaning set forth in Section 24.2 of the Lease.
PE Lease means that certain Lease Agreement dated May 15, 1990 by and between PE and SVGL.

Examples of PE Lease in a sentence

  • Each PE Lease for an existing property is in full force and effect, and each respective Parent Entity holds a valid and existing leasehold interest under each of the PE Leases to which it is a party for the terms set forth therein, respectively.

  • No Parent Entity is in default under a PE Lease, and, to Parent’s knowledge, no events have occurred and no circumstances exist which, if unremedied, and whether with or without notice or the passage of time or both, would result in such a default.
