PDRD definition

PDRD means the provincial Department of Rural Development within the Recipient’s MRD and any successor thereto;
PDRD means Provincial Department of Rural Development in the Provincial Government of the Borrower;
PDRD published after the date of the entering the Contract into force. The PD is obliged to be duly acquainted with the modifications and amendments of the “Rules” and “PDRD” and to observe them. The ARDAL is obliged to deliver modifications and amendments of the “Rules” and “PDRD” to the PD sufficiently in advance, at least ten (10) calendar days, so that the PD could be acquainted with them before their entering into force.
