PDR Application definition

PDR Application is an application submitted to the City to commence PDR and request the issuance of a PDR Decision (as defined below). In the event that the City’s municipal code requires, or is revised to require, land use permitting processes additional to or different from the PDR process to approve the development and construction of the Project, then “PDR Application” shall include the application submitted to the City to commence such additional or different processes and request the issuance of a PDR Decision (as defined below).
