  • Pregnant unit members shall be entitled to twelve (12) workweeks of FMLA leave while disabled from the pregnancy, which shall run concurrently with Pregnancy Disability Leave Act (PDLA) leave, sick leave, and extended illness leave.

  • Unit members are eligible for leave under the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the California Pregnancy Disability Leave Act (PDLA).
