PDL Agreements definition
PDL Agreements mean the (i) Revenue Interest Assignment Agreement between ARIAD US and PDL BioPharma, Inc., dated July 28, 2015, and (ii) the Security Agreement among ARIAD US, ARIAD Pharma Ltd. and PDL BioPharma, Inc., dated July 28, 2015, in each case as amended in connection with this Agreement.
