PDK definition

PDK means a certain instantiation of Technical Data, as specified in the Annex 1 and licensed by IMEC to Licensee, to design into the corresponding “IMEC GaN-IC on SOI Platform”, as defined in the Annex 1 hereto. The PDK may be provided by IMEC through FTP transfer, by e-mail, via a CD-Rom or usb-stick, in writing or by other means as the case may require.
PDK means the human Phosphoinositide-dependent kinase-1 protein.
PDK means the PALM Product Development Kit necessary to create OMEGA.
