Examples of PDH Contracts in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the representations and warranties in this Section 3.14(f) shall be the sole representations and warranties relating to the PDH Contracts and, subject to the representations and warranties set out in Sections 3.4(e), 3.4(f), 3.4(g), 3.4(h), 3.5, 3.9, 3.11, 3.17, 3.18, 3.19, 3.20, 3.21 and 3.24, the PDH Project.
