PDG Doctors definition

PDG Doctors means those dentists identified on the attached Exhibit C.

Examples of PDG Doctors in a sentence

  • For each Mixed Office, ADPI Parties shall provide the Full Transition Period Services identified on the attached Exhibit A through the earlier of the Doctor Transition Date or the date on which PDG Doctors are no longer practicing in that Clinic.

  • The lists generated pursuant to Section 5(b)(i), (ii) or (iii) shall be open for review by the PDG Doctors and Non-PDG Doctors to assist in the determination of whether the lists result in an unjust assignment of any particular Patient.

  • In addition, PDHC shall not discriminate against its employees who work with PDG Doctors in a PDHC Office on the basis that such employees are or may be leaving with such PDG Doctors.

Related to PDG Doctors

  • Specialist Physician means a licensed physician who qualifies as an attending physician and who examines a patient at the request of the attending physician or authorized nurse practitioner to aid in evaluation of disability, diagnosis, or provide temporary specialized treatment. A specialist physician may provide specialized treatment for the compensable injury or illness and give advice or an opinion regarding the treatment being rendered, or considered, for a patient’s compensable injury.

  • Naturopathic physician means a person licensed to practice naturopathic medicine by the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine.

  • Medical physicist means a person trained in evaluating the performance of mammography equipment and facility quality assurance programs and who meets the qualifications for a medical physicist set forth in 41.6(3)“c.”

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • Health professional means that term as defined in section 5883 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.5883.
