PDC Lease definition
PDC Lease means that certain Baton Rouge, Louisiana Lease Agreement, dated as of February 28, 1994, between the Seller and Ethyl Corporation, as amended by that certain Letter Agreement, dated as of August 29, 2002, between the Seller and Ethyl Corporation (as amended effective as of the Closing by the Required Lease Amendment).
