PDAM definition

PDAM means Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum, a local water supply enterprise, established and operating pursuant to the provisions of the Borrower’s Law No. 5 of 1962, Law No. 5 of 1974, Decree No. 26 of 1975 of the Borrower’s Ministry of Home Affairs, and Joint Decree of the Borrower’s Ministry of Home Affairs No.3 of 1984 and the Borrower’s Ministry of Public Works No. 26/KPTS of 1984, as any of the same may be amended from time to time.
PDAM means the active patient data acquisition module used to record the ECG and other signals of patients for measurement of MTWA and to send the signal to the host cardiac stress test system via an integrated data cable.
PDAM means a Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum, any one of the Borrower’s region-owned water companies; and “PDAMs” means more than one PDAM.
