PDA Share definition
PDA Share has the meaning given in the Building Loan Disbursement Agreement.
PDA Share means a designated amount, in Dollars, of the then-remaining Anticipated EV Equity (as defined in the Project Disbursement Agreement) that has been identified by Borrower in each Project Cost Schedule delivered under the Project Disbursement Agreement, and which, when added to the BLDA Share, shall exactly equal the then-remaining Anticipated EV Equity at such time.
