PD Properties definition

PD Properties means all Proved Developed Producing in existence as of January 5, 2007, including those associated with the ▇▇▇▇▇ described on Schedule 2.09(c)(1) attached hereto which are within the Producing Strata and which are within the Production Unit for each well, together with all subsurface and surface equipment necessary to produce oil and or gas from the well for delivery into a gathering or flowline at the well site, including any well, wellhead equipment, well-meter, pumping units and tank batteries present at a well site; and upon transfer of the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ Properties by NRC to TEC shall include the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ Properties unless otherwise provided for herein.
PD Properties means PD Properties, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company.
