PD-COSTS definition
PD-COSTS means the fees, costs and expenses incurred by PLIVA in connection with the Studies plus the milestones actually paid to ELITE pursuant to Section 5.2 plus any amount paid to outside counsel by PLIVA in procuring the freedom to operate opinion provided for in Section 4.2.
