  • If the EPBC Act or PD Act or any other relevant Law is subsequently amended, or proposed to be amended, in a manner that would affect the operation of this Agreement, the parties agree to promptly notify each other and the parties will seek to agree as soon as practicable on whether it is necessary to make another bilateral agreement varying or replacing this Agreement.
