PCU’s Operating Costs definition
PCU’s Operating Costs means auditing costs and expenditures incurred by the PCU on account of management of Project implementation for salaries, but excluding salaries of civil servants, communications, printing and publications, office supplies and such other expenditures as may be agreed upon by the Association.
