PCRD means Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore and listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited;

  • The Effective Time shall be the time of registration of Purchaser by PCRD as owner of the Bonds and issuance by PCRD of Certificates for the Bonds to the Purchaser (which actions PCRD shall effect at the same time) at which time the novation and release hereunder and novation and releases of certain other Transaction Documents shall take effect simultaneously.

  • In the event that LBCCA (or its affiliate) pays any amount of stamp duty payable by PCRD, PCRD shall, within one (1) Business Day of a demand from LBCCA (or its affiliate), reimburse such amount.

  • In addition, the CAP reform Accompanying Measures -relating to Farmer Retirement, Agri-Environment and Forestry -will contribute to the PCRD.

  • Stamp duty (if any) arising on transfers or returns of Security Shares or Borrowed Shares shall be borne equally by each of PCRD and LBCCA.
