Agency (PCPA) means a Medical Assistance enrolled provider that provides or assists with providing personal care assistance (PCA) services and includes a personal care assistance provider organization (PCPO), personal care assistance choice agency (PCPA), comprehensive home care agency, and Medicare-certified home health agency.
