PCOGS definition
PCOGS means all costs of goods incurred, directly, or indirectly through third parties, by HP or Indigo in the manufacture, freight, installation, operator training and free warranty of the Jericho Products.

The following is an example of the application of the BPM sharing formula for direct sales: If HP were to sell to a customer, at a Selling Price of $100, HP-branded consumables manufactured by INDIGO at a total PCOGS of $30, the BPM would be $100 - $30 = $70.
