PCMA definition

PCMA shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.1. (ee) “Per Diem” shall mean pay provided to a Player for meals in accordance with Section 8.5.
PCMA means the Public Company Master Agreement entered into with GM Canada dated December 7, 2017;

Examples of PCMA in a sentence

  • If an employee refuses to undergo a PCMA, the employee must otherwise provide reasonable medical evidence to the Health Centre certifying that he is fit to perform the work or the return to work will be delayed until such medical evidence is provided and the employee will not be entitled to be paid in the interim.

  • Where there are reasonable and probable grounds to doubt that an employee is fit to return to work, employees may be requested to undergo a PCMA particularly where there has been an ongoing physical disability.

  • Any such PCMA would be limited to a determination of whether or not the employee was able to safely perform the required work without risk of injury to self or fellow employees.

  • PCMA members who retire, leave employment with the district or are dismissed from the district will donate all of their sick days to the PCMA catastrophic bank.

  • The PM USA Portion is located on either side of the PCMA, as depicted in Exhibit A.

  • It is understood that the Executive is Chair-Elect of PCMA and will serve as Chair of that association.

Related to PCMA

  • CMA means the Competition and Markets Authority or any successor body;

  • CCMA means the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration established in terms of section 112 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995;

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period, and which complies with the requirements as set out under Annexure D of this Agreement;

  • LNP shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.1.1.
