PCIP definition

PCIP means a provincial commodity investment plan to be developed and agreed among the DA, Participating LGUs, and relevant stakeholders, for the purpose of planning provincial commodity investments under the Project; and “PCIPs” means more than one such PCIP.
PCIP shall have the meaning specified in the Preamble.
