PCI Holidays definition
PCI Holidays means any day PCI designates a holiday pursuant to its holiday policy. "Law" means any federal, state, local or foreign law, statute, code, ordinance, rule, regulation or order. "Rate Sheet" shall mean the Rate Sheet between Customer and PCI to which this is an Exhibit. "Terms and Conditions" means these General Services Terms and Conditions.
