PCFS definition

PCFS has the meaning given in Schedule 4;
PCFS means those Company Interconnection Facilities over which the PJM OI, or any successor entity, exercises operational control in accordance with the applicable agreement or tariff, or any successor agreement or tariff, as such facilities are designated in Schedule A to this Agreement.

  • Buyer shall be liable, and shall indemnify and hold Sellers harmless from any and all obligations or liabilities, contingent or otherwise, relating to or arising from the employment or termination of employment of the PennLife Employees or PFI Employees or any PCFS Employees hired pursuant to the first sentence of this Section 5.13(a) (together, the "Company Employees"), with respect to periods after the Closing Date.

  • Section 3.18 of the Disclosure Schedule summarizes the amount and scope of the insurance currently in force insuring the Companies and the PCFS Assets and their respective operations and properties against loss or liability.
