PCC Data definition

PCC Data means: a) the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, and which are: (i) supplied to CCC by or on behalf of PCC; and (ii) which CCC is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Agreement; and b) any Personal Data for which PCC is the Data Controller; PCC’s Facilities means any materials, plant or equipment owned or held by the PCC and provided by PCC to enable CCC to perform its obligations under this agreement and for the provision of Services to CCC Partners

Related to PCC Data

  • DXC Data means the content, information and data pertaining to DXC and/or DXC Customers that is submitted to or accessed by Supplier pursuant to this Agreement. DXC Data may include, but is not limited to the following, each of which is defined more fully herein, DXC Sensitive Information, Confidential Information, Personal Information, and Protected Health Information (PHI).

  • traffic data means any data processed for the purpose of the conveyance of a communication on an electronic communications network or for the billing thereof;

  • biometric data means personal data resulting from specific technical processing relating to the physical, physiological or behavioural characteristics of a natural person, which allow or confirm the unique identification of that natural person, such as facial images or dactyloscopic data;

  • Public data means the objective, factual data on which policy decisions are based and on which public services are assessed, or which is collected or generated in the course of public service delivery.

  • genetic data means personal data relating to the inherited or acquired genetic characteristics of a natural person which give unique information about the physiology or the health of that natural person and which result, in particular, from an analysis of a biological sample from the natural person in question;
