PCB Container definition
PCB Container means any package, can, bottle, barrel, drum, tank or other device exclusive of a “PCB Article” or “PCB Equipment” that contains PCB or PCBs Article and whose surface(s) has been in direct contact with PCBs.

The term “PCB Items” as defined in 40 CFR § 761.3 means any PCB Article, PCB Article Container, PCB Container, PCB Equipment, or anything that deliberately or unintentionally contains or has as a part of it any PCB or PCBs. PCB Items are Army retained.
