PCAP means PERCH Consortium Analysis Period, which is the period of 36 months following the data freeze for the primary publication. During this time, the PERCH Consortium will focus on accomplishing analyses to address the primary and secondary analyses of the PERCH Project. Data access to investigators may be granted following review of a proposal by the PERCH Data Access Committee and site-level review committees, as required by the site, and through engagement and meaningful collaboration with PERCH Consortium members, as set forth in Annex A1.
