PC Pages definition

PC Pages means web pages that are prepared using Hypertext Markup Language (as described in Exhibit A), and intended for presentation to Users using a Personal Computer as their terminal/display device.

Examples of PC Pages in a sentence

  • As applicable, the PC Pages related Services will operate on browsers that are HTML 4.0 Compliant, specifically, Internet Explorer (IE) 5.0 and above.

  • Attribution will take place on the PC Pages and Mobile Pages as specified in Section 3.2. InfoSpace and Cingular acknowledge that the Co-branded Pages may also contain copyright and patent notices, including those of InfoSpace and its affiliates, Content providers, and of Cingular.

  • EXHIBIT F – ATTRIBUTION The following sample screen shot depicts the proportionate size and location of attribution (“Powered by InfoSpace”) on the PC Pages (HTML).

  • Cingular shall integrate the acknowledgement “Powered by InfoSpace” and the InfoSpace logo on all of the PC Pages in a mutually agreeable manner.

  • Within a mutually agreed to schedule, PC Pages shall be migrated to the Cingular dedicated data environment located at Infospace’s Boston data center.

  • Rendering Engine Presents the User Interface for both the Mobile Pages and PC Pages by leveraging various Runtime Services for page construction.

  • As of the Effective Date, PC Pages are hosted within the Bellevue Data Environment, which is not dedicated to Cingular.

  • For a period to be mutually agreed by the parties, InfoSpace will continue to make the following services available: Component Description HTML PC / PC Pages Provides Users the ability to configure MO-SMS, MT-SMS and MT-MMS Alerts; and access their Cingular Personal Information Manager and Email (PIM / Email).

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and during the Term (as defined in Section 7.1), InfoSpace will make available to Cingular the Services described in Exhibit A and hereby grants to Cingular the right to enable Users and up to 500 employees of Cingular, collectively, to access the available Services through PCs (for PC Pages) and on InfoSpace Supported Handsets via the Cingular Network (for Mobile Pages), as described in Exhibit A.

Related to PC Pages

  • Policy Web Pages means the web pages available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxx, and at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx.xx.xx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or such other URLs or Web pages as the LHIN or the Ministry may advise from time to time.   • Web Page means a document on the Internet which may be viewed in its entirety without leaving the applicable distinct URL address.

  • Pricing Pages means the schedule of prices, estimated order quantity, and totals contained in wvOASIS or attached hereto as Exhibit A, and used to evaluate the Solicitation responses.

  • Display means any device for displaying letters, numbers, images or other indicia or patterns. Nothing contained herein shall permit LICENSEE to sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of a Light Valve which is not combined or intended to be combined as described above into a Light Valve Architectural Window Product.

  • Hyperlink means a special HTML code that allows text or graphics to serve as a link that, when clicked on, takes a user to another place in the same document, to another document, or to another Internet Web site or Web page.

  • Advertiser means the person or organisation whose product or service is being advertised, or whose name or image is mentioned or promoted in an advertisement;

  • Reuters Page LIBOR01 means the display designated as “LIBOR01” on Reuters 3000 Xtra (or any successor service) (or such other page as may replace Page LIBOR01 on Reuters 3000 Xtra or any successor service).

  • Moneyline Telerate Page 3750 The display page currently so designated on the Moneyline Telerate Information Services, Inc. (or any page replacing that page on that service for the purpose of displaying London inter-bank offered rates of major banks).

  • Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Bloomberg agency and Reuters) as may be specified hereon for the purpose of providing the Benchmark, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Benchmark; and

  • Web means the World Wide Web.

  • Advertising sign means any surface or structure with characters, letters or illustrations applied there-to and displayed in any manner whatsoever outdoors for the purpose of advertising or giving information or to attract the public to any place, person, public performance, article, or merchandise, and which surface or structure is attached to, forms part of, or is connected with any building, or is fixed to the ground or to any pole, screen, fence or hoarding or displayed in space, or in or over any water body included in the jurisdiction of the Authority;

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • URL means “uniform resource locator,” an internet web address.

  • LIBOR01 Page means the display designated as “LIBOR01 Page” on the Reuters Service (or such other page as may replace the LIBOR01 Page on that service or such other service as may be nominated by the British Bankers’ Association as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying British Bankers’ Association Interest Settlement Rates for U.S. Dollar deposits).

  • Display fireworks means large fireworks devices that are explosive materials intended for use in fireworks displays and designed to produce visible or audible effects by combustion, deflagration, or detonation, as provided in 27 CFR 555.11, 49 CFR 172, and APA standard 87-1, 4.1.

  • Reuters LIBOR01 Page means the display designated as page LIBOR01 on the Reuters 3000 Xtra (or such other page as may replace the Reuters LIBOR01 Page on that service, or such other service as may be nominated as the information vendor, for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the London Interbank Offered Rate for U.S. dollar deposits).

  • Telerate Page 3750 means the display designated as "Page 3750" on the Dow Xxxxx Telerate Service or such other page as may replace Page 3750 on that service or such other service or services as may be nominated by the British Bankers' Association as the information vendor for the purpose of displaying London interbank offered rates for U.S. dollar deposits;

  • Reuters Page USDSOFR= means the Reuters page designated “USDSOFR=” or any successor page or service;

  • Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Contract Signature Page(s) means the cover page(s) that the Department and Contractor sign.

  • advertising structure means any screen, fence, wall or other physical structure or object erected to display an advertisement or which is in itself an advertisement or used to display an advertisement.

  • Telerate Page means the display on Bridge Telerate, Inc., or any successor service, on the page or pages specified on the face hereof, or any replacement page or pages on that service.

  • Bloomberg Screen SOFRRATE Page means the Bloomberg screen designated “SOFRRATE” or any successor page or service;

  • Designated LIBOR Page means the display on Reuters Screen, LIBOR01 Page or any successor service or any page as may replace the designated page on that service or any successor service that displays the London interbank rates of major banks for U.S. Dollars.

  • World Wide Web means an information browsing framework that allows a user to locate and access information stored on a remote computer and to follow references from one computer to related information on another computer; and
