PC Certificate definition

PC Certificate means a certificate issued by the Principal confirming the Date of PC; Principal’s Representative means the person appointed by the Principal under clause 3.1;
PC Certificate means the certificate to be issued in respect of the Works once the Practical Completion has been agreed by the parties in accordance with clause 17 and the requirements of clause 20 have been satisfied;
PC Certificate means a certificate issued by the Principal confirming the Date of PC; Principal’s Personnel means the Principal’s employees, contractors, consultants and agents, other than the Contractor. Request means the request for quotation sent by the Principal to the Contractor. Schedule means the schedule attached to the Request; Site means the lands and places made available by the Principal to the Contractor for the purpose of this Contract as further described in the Formal Instrument; Tax Invoice means a tax invoice that complies with the requirements in the GST Law; and Works means the work which the Contractor is or may be required to execute under this Contract and includes variations, rectification work, constructional plant and temporary works.
