PBOC Rate definition

PBOC Rate means the middle exchange rate of USD/HKD to RMB published on the website of the People’s Bank of China at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/zhengcehuobisi/ 125207/125217/125925/index.html (or its successor website) before 17:00 (Beijing time) on the relevant day.
