  • If GKK Stars elects to exercise the option in clause (ii) above, GKK Stars will use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the applicable mortgage lender consent to the transfer of the Equity Interests in the PB Capital Loan Entity to its designee by September 30, 2011.
