Pay means rate of compensation for the job.
paid means paid or credited as paid;
Reimbursing means the use of funds granted to the Recipient pursuant to Section 164.14 of the Revised Code as reimbursement to the Recipient for funds expended on the Project by the Recipient, and which did not in any way inflate costs of the Capital Improvement Project.
Payable means that a particular benefit shall be paid to Executive in the amount, at the time, and in the form specified herein.
Payment means any payment or distribution in the nature of compensation (within the meaning of Section 280G(b)(2) of the Code) to or for the benefit of the Executive, whether paid or payable pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise.
Cash Dividend means any dividend or distribution in respect of the Ordinary Shares which is to be paid or made to Shareholders as a class in cash (in whatever currency) and however described and whether payable out of share premium account, profits, retained earnings or any other capital or revenue reserve or account, and including a distribution or payment to Shareholders upon or in connection with a reduction of capital.
IF means “if and only if.” The word “or” shall not be exclusive. The meanings given to terms defined herein will be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of such terms. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun includes the corresponding masculine, feminine and neuter forms. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all references to “dollars” or “$” will be deemed references to the lawful money of the United States of America.
Co-payment means a relatively small amount of money paid by the insured person towards the cost of each day in a private hospital per episode of care, with Latrobe paying the rest of the cost.
Dividend means any dividend (whether interim or final) resolved to be paid on Shares pursuant to the Articles.
Dividends Paid means the total of all cash dividends paid on one (1) share of stock during the Performance Period.
Less Ineligible Accounts Receivable:
Other Fees means amounts owed by the Borrower hereunder pursuant to Sections 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, 8.01 and 10.10.
Additional Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest (as defined in the Indenture) paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Debentures for such period.
Dividends shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.6.
Proportionate Share means, with respect to any Lender, the percentage obtained by dividing (a) the sum of the Commitment (or, if the Commitments are terminated, the outstanding principal amount of the Loans) of such Lender then in effect by (b) the sum of the Commitments (or, if the Commitments are terminated, the outstanding principal amount of the Loans) of all Lenders then in effect.
Suspends payments with respect to a bank means that it has been closed by order of the supervisory authorities, that a public officer has been appointed to take it over or that it ceases or refuses to make payments in the ordinary course of business.
Extraordinary Cash Dividend means cash dividends with respect to the Class A Common Stock the aggregate amount of which in any fiscal year exceeds 10% of Consolidated EBITDA of the Corporation and its subsidiaries for the fiscal year immediately preceding the payment of such dividend.
Payment Ahead means, with respect to a Precomputed Receivable and a Collection Period, any Excess Payment (not representing, when added to any Deferred Prepayment with respect to such Precomputed Receivable, a prepayment in full of such Precomputed Receivable) which the Servicer, in accordance with its customary servicing practices, will apply towards the payment of Scheduled Payments due in one or more future Collection Periods.

Pay Channel means a channel which is declared as such by the Broadcaster and for which a share of maximum retail price is to be paid to the Broadcaster by the distributor of television channels and for which due authorization needs to be obtained from the Broadcaster for distribution of such channel to subscribers;
Subdivide means to divide, apportion, consolidate or subdivide the Land, or the ownership or right to possession or occupation of the Land into two or more lots, strata lots, parcels, parts, portions or shares, whether by plan, descriptive words or otherwise, under the Land Title Act, the Strata Property Act, or otherwise, and includes the creation, conversion, organization or development of “cooperative units” or “shared interests in land” as defined in the Real Estate Act;
Dividends Paid in the Ordinary Course means cash dividends declared payable on the Common Shares in any fiscal year of the Corporation to the extent that such cash dividends do not exceed, in the aggregate, the greatest of: (i) 200% of the aggregate amount of cash dividends declared payable by the Corporation on the outstanding Common Shares in its immediately preceding fiscal year; (ii) 300% of the arithmetic mean of the aggregate amounts of cash dividends declared payable by the Corporation on the outstanding Common Shares in its three immediately preceding fiscal years; and (iii) 100% of the aggregate consolidated net income of the Corporation, before extraordinary items, for its immediately preceding fiscal year.
Still means any apparatus used for, or which is capable of, distilling spirits, and includes any part of such still;
Payable in installments means that payment is required or permitted by agreement to be made in more than four periodic payments, excluding a down payment. If any periodic payment other than the down payment under an agreement requiring or permitting two or more periodic payments is more than twice the amount of any other periodic payment excluding the down payment, a transaction is “payable in installments”.
