• Promptly upon receipt of a Payroll Invoice, the Contractor will review the Payroll Invoice against the Contractor’s records and advise BCIB’s Representative of any necessary changes.

• Promptly upon receipt of a Payroll Invoice, the Subcontractor will review the Payroll Invoice against the Subcontractor’s records and advise BCIB’s Representative of any necessary changes.

• If any changes to a Payroll Invoice are necessary, BCIB will endeavour to revise and reissue the Payroll Invoice in sufficient time to allow the Contractor to comply with Section 7.3. If there is not sufficient time, BCIB will capture the necessary changes on the next issued Payroll Invoice.
