PayPal Intellectual Property definition

PayPal Intellectual Property means: (a) the PayPal Patents; (b) the Specified PayPal Patents; (c) the other Registered IP set forth on Schedule 1.15(c); (d) all Other IP owned by, licensed by or to, or sublicensed by or to either Party or any member of its Group as of the Effective Time primarily used or primarily held for use in the PayPal Business, including any Other IP set forth on Schedule 1.15(d); and (e) all Intellectual Property Rights of either Party or any member of its Group in any of the foregoing.

Examples of PayPal Intellectual Property in a sentence

  • PayPal Intellectual Property does not include your preexisting hardware, software, data, or networks.

  • You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, modify in any manner, or create derivative works from the Services, Licence (below), or any PayPal Intellectual Property.

  • Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you under this Agreement or any other agreement in force between us and you, we do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to any PayPal Intellectual Property Rights.
