Payout Pool definition

Payout Pool means an amount equal to the excess, if any, of Business Unit Value over the Baseline Value, multiplied by 15%.

Examples of Payout Pool in a sentence

  • Upon the occurrence of any Payout Event other than the Sale of the Company, the value of each Performance Unit that is deemed to have vested in accordance with Section 3 or 4 hereof (as the case may be) shall be calculated as an amount equal to (i) the Payout Pool, divided by (ii) the Outstanding Units.

  • If the Payout Event is a Sale of the Company, the value of each Performance Unit that is deemed to have vested in accordance with Section 4 hereof shall be calculated as an amount equal to (i) the Payout Pool, divided by (ii) the Outstanding Units.

  • Effective June 1, 2004, the company will pay each month, into a pool, an amount of money per ton based on the following formula: Tons Sold – Payout Pool Guaranteed Production 5000 tons + EV Canadian & ABM 50¢ per ton 50¢ per ton Bulk net to plant $80/Mtne+ 25¢ per ton 50¢ per ton Bulk net to plant $95/Mtne+ 75¢per ton 50¢ per ton This payment will be made each month.
