Payor identification definition

Payor identification means information, such as an account number, property block and lot number, or other identifying characteristic, used to sufficiently identify the purpose of the receipt and person or organization using electronic receipt to pay a local unit obligation.

Examples of Payor identification in a sentence

  • This identification card shall include the QualCare logo, a description of the network to be accessed, the applicable telephone number(s) for eligibility, benefits and UM questions, the Payor identification number, and other information as may be required by the applicable Payor.
