Medical Management agrees to perform its duties hereunder so as to comply with Doctor's Care's obligations under the Payor Agreements.
Medical Management shall provide Doctor's Care with administrative services to enable Doctor's Care to perform on a timely basis all non-medical aspects of all Payor Agreements.

The Payor, pursuant to its credentialing plan, shall have the right to modify or terminate the terms of participation of the Member in the Payor Agreements, but only if such modification or termination is in accordance with the terms of the Payor Agreement.
