Payor Agreements definition

Payor Agreements means those agreements between ODS and Payors which exist on the Effective Date and which may exist during the term hereof, pursuant to which ODS has agreed to make the Network av ailable to a Payors’ Enrollee. Provider agrees to participate under the terms of all such Payor Agreements.

  • If either Party becomes subject to compulsory process to disclose the terms of this Agreement, or any Payor Agreements, or related negotiations, the Party who is subject to compulsory process shall give the other Party immediate oral and written notice of such process.

  • The Payor, pursuant to its credentialing plan, shall have the right to modify or terminate the terms of participation of the Member in the Payor Agreements, but only if such modification or termination is in accordance with the terms of the Payor Agreement.


More Definitions of Payor Agreements

Payor Agreements means the agreement or contract under which a Managed Practice participates in a Program, including but not limited to a provider number, participation agreement or third party payor contract.
