Payment Track means a product or service (i) which enables a Dealer or consumer to compare with respect to leased Vehicles available lease programs from Multiple Lenders; and/or (ii) through which Multiple Lenders residual value data, rates, and/or program data are licensed or subscribed to with respect to leased Vehicles.

  • Payment Transaction means an act, initiated by the payer or on his behalf or by the payee, of placing, transferring or withdrawing funds, irrespective of any underlying obligations between the payer and the payee;
