Payment Threshold Amount definition

Payment Threshold Amount means the maximum dollar amount paid by DDMO for Qualified Claims which a Participant may receive during the Benefit Period and still be entitled to the Maximum Rollover Amount.
Payment Threshold Amount has the meaning specified in Section 12.4(d) of this Agreement.
