Payment Stablecoin definition
Payment Stablecoin means a United States dollar denominated “payment stablecoin” subject to the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins Act (the “GENIUS Act”), federal stablecoin legislation that was enacted on July 18, 2025, including any amendments thereof or implementing rules and regulations with respect thereto.
