On the applicable Payment Resumption Date, the Company shall pay all interest then accrued and unpaid on the Securities, including any Compounded Interest that shall be payable to the Holders of the Securities in whose names the Securities are registered in the Security Register on the Regular Record Date fixed for such Payment Resumption Date.
