Payment Processing Date definition

Payment Processing Date means the date selected by the Committee on which payments from this Plan will be processed. Except in extraordinary circumstances, there will be at least one Payment Processing Date each calendar month.
Payment Processing Date means date in which Bank or Designated Service Provider process Payment Instructions such that Payees receive bill payments on the Scheduled Payment Date chosen by Company through the Service.
Payment Processing Date means the Business Day upon which your Payment Instruction is actually processed and your payment is sent to the Payee.
