Payment Past Due definition
Payment Past Due means any minimum payment due on an Account that is not received prior to the statement date next succeeding the due date indicated on the related cardholder’s statement for such minimum payment.

Without limitation of the provisions of Section 14.1, Ascent may terminate this Agreement, in whole but not in part, upon written notice to OCV, if OCV fails to pay any amount due and payable by the Payment Past Due Date after ten (10) days prior written notice by Ascent.
