Payment Particulars definition

Payment Particulars means the pricing and payment regime for the completion of the Supplier's Activities as set out in the Payment Schedule, the Statement of Work or in Item 43 of the Order Form. Payment Schedule means the schedule of Prices and payment regime specified in Schedule 4. Performance Data means automatically generated metadata, not including any Personal Information or Confidential Information of the Customer or a Government Agency that:
Payment Particulars. Methods of Payment: Check or Major Credit Card Terms: Full Payment with signed Order.

Examples of Payment Particulars in a sentence
