Payment Orders definition

Payment Orders means a Customer's request or order for the transfer of funds from its accounts at Bank, including amendments and cancellations thereof, which are accepted by Bank in compliance with the Security Procedures and the Authentication Procedures set forth in the Enrollment Form. Customer shall complete all documentation required by Bank prior to commencement of the Service.

Examples of Payment Orders in a sentence

  • Written Stop Payment Orders, and stop payments entered online, are effective for six (6) months and must be renewed by you to continue to be effective after that time.

  • You shall complete all Payment Orders in the form and format designated by the Credit Union.

  • You may instruct the Credit Union to execute a Wire Transfer(s) on your behalf (each a “Payment Order”) by submitting the Payment Order to the Credit Union in such form as the Credit Union requires, and by following the procedures established by the Credit Union for verifying the authenticity of Payment Orders (“Security Procedure”).

  • The Account Holder can make Payment Orders for outward money transfers (SWIFT payments) from their Payment Account to any Beneficiary Account, except for Beneficiary Accounts in countries of low or non-reputable jurisdictions or of persons or entities, which are not allowed by Finductive due to international sanctions or other reputational issue.

  • Finductive will carry out Payment Orders for international transfers in compliance with SWIFT rules on international transfers.

  • The Credit Union will use commercially reasonable efforts to execute Payment Orders on the Business Day of receipt if (a) the Credit Union received the Payment Order and is able to authenticate it before the Credit Union’s cutoff time, and (b) the day the Payment Order is received is a funds transfer Business Day for the Credit Union.

  • Additional Costs means (a) any costs or charges incurred by GoCardless in respect of any Unauthorised Payment Orders or Incorrectly Executed Payment Orders; and (b) any costs or fees incurred by GoCardless in relation to the cancellation or failure of any Payment Orders, in each case other than as a result of fault or failure of GoCardless.
