Payment on Completion definition

Payment on Completion shall bear the meaning given to such term in clause 2.3 (Sale and Purchase);
Payment on Completion means the supply & installation for Lots No.1, “Payment on Completion” shall mean the completion of Services for Districts in one Division (Revenue Division) OR completion of Services for all Districts.

  • Test on Completion means such tests as prescribed in the Contract to be performed by the Contractor before the work is Taken Over by TSECL.

  • Tests on Completion means the tests which are specified in the Contract or agreed by both Parties or instructed as a Variation, and which are carried out under Clause 9 [Tests on Completion] before the Works or a Section (as the case may be) are taken over by the Procuring Entity.

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date

  • Final Completion means acceptance of the Work by the County as evidenced by its signature upon Final Certificate of Completion and approval thereof by the Board of County Commissioners. The Final Certificate of Completion shall be signed only after the County has assured itself by tests, inspection or otherwise that all of the provisions of the Contract have been carried out to its satisfaction.
