Payment of Other Taxes by Xxxxxxxx. The Borrower shall timely pay to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with Applicable Law, or at the option of the Administrative Agent timely reimburse it for the payment of, any Other Taxes.
Payment of Other Taxes by Xxxxxxxx. Without limiting the provisions of subsection (a) above, Borrower shall timely pay any Other Taxes to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with Applicable Law.
Payment of Other Taxes by Xxxxxxxx. The Loan Parties shall timely pay to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with Applicable Law, any Other Taxes.

Payment of Other Taxes by Xxxxxxxx. The Credit Parties shall timely pay to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable law, or at the option of the Administrative Agent timely reimburse it for the payment of, any Other Taxes.
Payment of Other Taxes by Xxxxxxxx. Without limiting the provisions of subsection (a) of this Section 2.09, Borrower shall timely pay any Other Taxes to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable Law. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary in subsection (a) or (c) of this Section 2.09, Borrower shall not be required to pay any additional amounts under subsection (a) or have any indemnification obligations under subsection (c) of this Section 2.09 in respect of, any Other Taxes imposed on any transfer or assignment of, or any participation in, this Agreement or any other Facility Document (or any portion thereof) by Lender or any direct or indirect assignee or Participant of Lender (the “Transfer Fees”). For the avoidance of doubt, other than with respect to the Transfer Fees, the foregoing sentence shall not reduce Borrower’s Obligations herein to an assignee of Lender or a Participant.
Payment of Other Taxes by Xxxxxxxx. Without limiting the provisions of subsection (a) above, each of the Loan Parties shall timely pay to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable Law, or at the option of the Administrative Agent timely reimburse it for the payment of, any Other Taxes.
Payment of Other Taxes by Xxxxxxxx. Without limiting the provisions of Section 2.1(a) above, Borrower shall timely pay to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable Law, or at the option of Administrative Agent or any Lender

Without limiting the provisions of subsection (a) above, the Restricted Companies shall timely pay to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable Law, or at the option of Administrative Agent timely reimburse it for the payment of, any Other Taxes.
