Payment Network Regulations definition

Payment Network Regulations means the rules, operating regulations, guidelines, specifications and related or similar requirements of any Payment Network.
Payment Network Regulations means, collectively, the rules and regulations promulgated by the Credit Card Associations, the EFT Networks or any other Payment Networks, as applicable.
Payment Network Regulations means the rules, Payment Network Regulations, guidelines, specifications and related or similar requirements of any Payment Network as amended or supplemented from time to time.

Payment Network Regulations means individually and collectively, as the context may dictate, all rules, operating regulations, guidelines, specifications and related or similar requirements of any Payment Network, and guidelines for Transactions issued by Elavon from time to time, including, without limitation, all amendments, changes and revisions made thereto from time to time.

  • Payment Network means a debit or credit network (such as the ACH Network or ACCEL / Exchange payment network) through which funds may be transferred.
