payment institutions definition

payment institutions means legal persons who have been granted authorisation in accordance with Article 6 of this Directive to provide and execute payment services throughout the Community;
payment institutions means – as defined under Article 1(2)(h-sexies) of the Italian Consolidated Banking Act – entities, other than banks and electronic money institutions, authorised to provide payment services; and
payment institutions means: undertakings, other than banks and electronic money institutions, authorized to provide payment services, in accordance with article 1, (1) h-sexies), of legislative decree no. 385 of 1 September 1993, as subsequently amended and supplemented;

  • payment institution means a legal person that has been granted authorisation in accordance with Article 10 to provide and execute payment services throughout the Union;
