  • The Merchant or the Payment Gateway Service Provider(s) do not make any representation of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Payment Gateway other than what is specified in the Website for this purpose.

  • The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to any person (“User”) using the services of PWD Maharashtra, hereinafter referred to as “Merchant”, for making Tender fee and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money Deposit(EMD) payments through an online Payment Gateway Service (“Service”) offered by ICICI Bank Ltd.

  • Payment Gateway represents and warrants that the Payment Gateway Services provide to you hereunder will substantially conform to the specifications as set forth in the applicable Payment Gateway Service Level Agreement (SLA) as contained in Appendix A hereof and as may be amended from time to time in Payment Gateway’s sole discretion.

  • The User agrees, understands and confirms that his/ her personal data including without limitation details relating to debit card/ credit card transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud and that Merchant or the Payment Gateway Service Provider(s) have no control over such matters.

  • Other third-party Payment Gateway Service providers for which Contractor is not an authorized Reseller, but that Contractor is capable of working with and processing payments from will be listed for informational purposes only on the OGS website, for Authorized Users’ consideration when making purchasing decisions from the Contract(s).
