  • NDML/Third Party Service Provider shall not be responsible for any losses sustained through (i) the use of counterfeit or stolen bank cards, or stolen devices; (ii) fraudulent electronic transactions; or (iii) any failure of a Payment Gateway Provider or Partner Bank or Card Issuer to settle the financial transaction associated with the Services, provided NDML has properly routed the transaction(s) concerned to the appropriate Payment Gateway Provider or Partner Bank.

  • On receipt of such request, NDML shall, through the Payment Gateway Provider, obtain Authentication and Authorisation from the issuing banks / credit card companies as the case may be.

  • While KingsPay provides you with an interface and platform to receive funds, Merchant may be required to register with a Payment Gateway Provider for payment processing and deposit into your Settlement Account.

  • The Vendor acknowledges that LamboPlace: (1) has entered into agreements with the Banks and Online Payment Gateway Provider for them to provide payment facilities and services for the Platform; and (2) may also, in future, engage other third parties to provide payment facilities and services on the Platform.
