  • The Agreement (including the operation of these Sponsored Merchant Terms and Conditions) may be terminated by PXP at any time in accordance with the Payment Facilitator Agreement or based on a breach of any of Merchant’s obligations under the Agreement or the Sponsored Merchant Agreement or upon the insolvency of Sponsored Merchant or a breach of the Scheme Rules by Sponsored Merchant or as otherwise directed by the Card Schemes.
